In this short but wonderful route (1.5km, 30 minutes) you will enjoy the view towards the northern coasts of the island. It goes downhill –except for the stairs at the entrance of the monastery of Hozoviotissa. You cross the central alley of Chora and a bit after the way out of the village you will see the facilities of the Hellenic Telecommunications (OTE). From there you enter the pebbled downhill path, which offers a view to the pelago. Reaching the asphalted road you will walk on the left until you reach the entrance of the monastery’s forecourt. Over there the ascent on the steep stairs of Hozoviotissa awaits you.
