This settlement is the largest one in the area of Korthi. It has accommodation facilities, restaurants, grocery stores, travel agencies, cafés and bars. It was the old harbor of the island, where liners coming from Chora docked. The settlement was built during the 19th and 20th century. Some of its old houses still stand along the coast. Its main pedestrian street will lead you to the Iroon Square where the elementary school and the Yacht Club are located.
