Below the castle it is worth seeing the Lycian tomb which dates back to the 4th century or the beginning of the Hellenistic period and it reminds us of the funerary monuments of Lycia (Lycians were called the residents of Asia Minor because their god, Apollo Lycius, was worshipped in the form of a wolf ). It is carved on the rock and it has a temple-shaped, Ionic façade. You will find it by walking on the regional path that connects the lighthouse to Mandraki. It constitutes a proof about the close relations between the locals and the opposite coast of Asia Minor.
