It was founded by the Association of the residents of Dryopida and it is housed in an old listed house behind the church of Agioi Apostoloi. Agricultural tools, traditional costumes of travelers (who are called “xotaris” and “xotarisa” in the local dialect), the furnishings of a monk’s cell, the “krevataria” (bedclothes) and embroidery are on display on the ground floor of the museum. On the first floor, there is a replica of an authentic traditional house of Thermia (kitchen, living room and bedroom). There are also etchings of Kythnos on the walls.
