The major anchorages of the island are the new municipal marina in Pera Gialos that has water and power supply, the currently limited space for private boats in the new port of Agios Andreas and the cove of Vathi that provides shelter against all weather conditions. You can also moor off shore at the cove of Maltezana and the cove of Livadi, provided that there are no southwest winds blowing.
