The lovers of water sports also choose the beaches of Chrysi Akti, Nea Chrysi Akti, Santa Maria (mostly for scuba diving and pedal boat/canoe) and Tsoukalia.
-A wind surfing championship is organized on the beach of Chrysi Akti on the eastern side of the island and a kite surfing championship on the beach of Pounta, on the western side across Antiparos.
-The Pan-Hellenic Wakeboard Championship is organized on the beach of Ai Giannis, by the Hellenic Water Ski Federation and the Association of Water Ski of Paros Island.
