An exquisite route for the lovers of off-road driving.

Your starting point will be Psathadika where the asphalted road stops outside Provatas. The dirt road winds up the wild mountainsides of Tsouvala, with an amazing view to the sea and the southern coasts. In 5.7km from Psathadika on the left there is the dirt road that leads to the beach of Gerontas. From here the road climbs steeply and you enter a wonderful small plateau. In 3km from Xylokeratia there is the path on the left that brings you close to Kleftiko. Then the road descends and you admire the impressive complex of Agios Ioannis Siderianos and a panorama of western Milos’s coasts. After the monastery the road widens up, maneuvers through hills and in 3.5km it takes you to the junction with the road ascending to Profitis Ilias. This is an amazing trail that you must take making sure you have a good off-road vehicle because it goes uphill with very steep slopes. At the peak (751m) the panorama is unbelievable and all the southern Cyclades extend in front of you.

You go back to the main dirt road and you continue northeast. In 1.7km you will see the junction for Ammoudaraki and Triades on the left. You continue right and in 1km there is the central junction to Vani. You turn right and drive for 4km. You will reach the junction that leads to Emporio and the asphalted road towards Adamantas.
