As its name says, it is built on a fertile valley of the interior. In Kampos the Russian church of Agia Ekaterini stands out; it was built in the year 1771 in honour of Catherine the Great at the expense of Admiral Orlov. It has gardens, plots of farmland,and flowing water. Paths start out from the village towards Kionia, Smardakito, and Loutra.
